Claims (1)
- スロツトルチヤンバを有し、該スロツトルチヤ
ンバの直径方向外側にそれぞれ一対の弁軸挿通穴
、軸受収容穴が形成されたスロツトルボデイと、
該スロツトルボデイの各弁軸挿通穴、各軸受収容
穴内に挿通され、前記スロツトルチヤンバ内を直
径方向に伸長した弁軸と該弁軸をスロツトルボデ
イに対して回動自在に支持すべく、前記各軸受収
容穴内にそれぞれリテーナを介して取付けられた
一対の軸受と、前記スロツトルチヤンバを開閉す
べく前記弁軸に固着され、該弁軸と共に回動され
る弁板とからなるスロツトルバルブ装置において
、前記スロツトルボデイの弁軸挿通穴、軸受収容
穴をそれぞれ大径に形成し、該弁軸挿通穴、軸受
収容穴内には、熱膨張率の小さい材料によつて段
付筒状に形成され、小径部側が前記弁軸との間で
弁軸挿通穴に嵌着され、大径部側が軸受収容穴内
で前記軸受の外輪を支持する軸受ガイドを設けた
ことを特徴とするスロツトルバルブ装置。
