る。

着していたためダイアフラムが損傷し易い欠点が
あつた。また、このような欠点を解消するために
実公昭55−52890号公報に示されるようにダイア
フラムの周縁部に芯板の外周面に係合するリツプ
を形成し、該リツプを芯板の外周面に螺着される
額縁状の外枠により固定するようにしたものも開
発されているが、構造が複雑であるうえダイアフ
ラムを交換するには圧搾濾板全体をフイルタープ
レスから取り外さなければならず、ダイアフラム
の着脱が容易に行えない欠点があつた。

し、該芯板の両面には周縁部に前記凹溝に嵌合す
る突条と前記斜面に係合するリツプとを備えたダ
イアフラムを被装して該ダイアフラムのリツプの
外方への移動を前記突起の先端部にダイアフラム
の濾過面と平行に芯板の両側から螺着される取付
部材の内周面をもつて抑制したことを特徴とする
ものであり、以下、図示の実施例について詳細に
説明する。

記の芯板1の両面に被装されるダイアフラムであ
つて、その周縁部には芯板1の前記凹溝3に嵌合
する一連の突条8と、芯板1の斜面12に係合す
る直角状に折れ角がつたリツプ9とを備えてい
る。該リツプ9の下面は前記斜面12に対応する
斜面に形成されている。これらのダイアフラム7
は突条8を芯板1の凹溝3に密嵌させ、リツプ9
を斜面12に係合させた状態で芯板1に被装した
うえ取付部材10により芯板1に固定される。取
付部材10は芯板1の突起5の先端部にダイアフ
ラム7の濾過面と平行に両側からボルト11等に
より螺着される棒状或いは枠状のものであつて、
その内周面によりダイアフラム7のリツプ9の外
周面を固定してリツプ9の外方への移動を抑制
し、ダイアフラム7が芯板3から外れることを防
止するものである。なお、取付部材10の適当な
長さに分割されたものとしても、あるいは全体を
一体のものとしてもいずれでもよい。

内周面によりリツプ9を固定されたものであつ
て、特に斜面12にこれと係合する形状のリツプ
9を係合させたのでダイアフラム7の適確な被装
が行われることとなつてケーキ圧搾の際に芯板1
とダイアフラム7との間に圧縮空気が導入されて
ダイアフラム7が外方へ膨出した場合にもダイア
フラム7のリツプ9が芯板1から外れることがな
く、また、ダイアフラム7は取付部材10の内周
面により外方への移動を抑制して芯板1に固定さ
れているのでダイアフラム7に圧着力が作用せ
ず、長時間使用してもダイアフラム7が損傷する
こともない。さらにまた、フイルタープレスの圧
搾濾板は濾過時に油圧シリンダ等による大きい締
付力を受けるが、取付部材10はダイアフラム7
を介在させることなく直接芯板1の突起5に螺着
等の手段で取付けられているのでこの締付力によ
りダイアフラムに過大な力が加わりダイアフラム
が損傷するようなこともない。更に、ダイアフラ
ムを交換する必要が生じた場合には芯板1の突起
5の先端部に両側から濾過面と平行に取付けられ
た取付部材10を取外すだけでダイアフラム7を
容易に取外すことができ、この作業はフイルター
