造が複雑となつて製作コストが高くなり、製作が

れて相互間に濾液排出溝12を形成する凸条、1

設けられる圧搾流体給排口、14は芯板1とダイ
ヤフラム2との間に空気を送入もしくは排出する

口、15はダイヤフラム2に設けられた濾液排出
溝12を通じ排出された濾液を集水して機外に排
