付板に使用する原液供給口のシール装置に関す
る。

従来、ダイアフラム付板の原液供給口のシー
ル装置としては、原液供給口の周部のダイアフラ

キンを原液供給口に挿通してフランジ部をダイア
フラムに貼着していた。しかし、フイルタープレ
スに原液を圧入して、ダイアフラムの圧搾をくり
かうすうちに、ダイアフラムとパツキンの接着面
が剥がれて、シール性がなくなり、原液が布と
ダイアフラム付板の間に侵入して液を懸濁さ
せていた。そして、シート状のパツキンにあつて
は、脱落する恐れがあつた。また、一対のダイア
フラムを芯板に止着した構造のダイアフラム付
板にあつては、原液供給口に位置するダイアフラ
ムの突合せ部分からダイアフラムと芯板の間に原
液が侵入する恐れがあつた。更に、摩耗したパツ
キンを交換する場合には、パツキンは接着剤で貼
着してあるので剥離が困難であり、新しいパツキ
ンを貼着するにも、剥離面をきれいに磨いてから
パツキンを貼着せねばならず労作がめんどうであ
つた。この考案は上記の欠点を解消したものであ
つて、取付、取外しが簡単で、完全なシールが出
来る装置を提案するものである。

ン6について詳述すると、パツキン6は円筒状の
筒部7と、その両端のフランジ8,8とから構成
され、フランジ8の裏面に環状の凸条5を設ける
と共に、前記原液供給口2の周部のダイアフラム
3に段部9を設け、パツキン6の筒部7を原液供
給口2に挿通し、フランジ8をダイアフラム3の
段部9に合着して、ダイアフラム3の凹溝4とパ
ツキン6の凸条5を嵌合させるようにしたもので
ある。なお、符号10はダイアフラム付板1の
芯板、11は板、12はダイアフラム付板1
と板11間に設けた一対の布、13は一対の
布12に挾持させた給液具、14は室、15
はダイアフラム付板1を組込んだ外枠である。

ることができる。即ち、従来装置においては、第
3図イ,ロに示すようなパツキン6′を、原液供
給口2の周部のダイアフラム3に接着剤で貼着し
ていたが、ダイアフラム3と芯板10間に、高圧
水あるいは圧縮空気を圧入して原液の圧搾を繰り
返すうちに、パツキン6′が剥がれてシール性が
悪くなり、液が懸濁したり、ダイアフラム3と
芯板10間に原液が侵入する欠点があつたのであ
るが、本願考案においては、ダイアフラム3の凹
溝4とパツキン6の凸条5とが嵌合してあるの
で、接着剤を用いなくてもずれることがない。そ
して、各板1,11を閉板すれば、ダイアフラ
ム3とパツキン6は芯板10と給液具13に挾持
されて完全にシールが行われ、室14やダイア
フラム3と芯板10間に原液が侵入することが全
くなく、しかも、パツキン6が脱落することもな
い。そして、パツキン6が摩耗して交換する場合
には、従来のように、接着剤を使用していないの
で取外し、取付けが簡単で、取付面の補修も必要
としないものである。なお、第1図に示すよう
に、原液供給口2の周部のダイアフラム3に段部
9を設ければ、装着したパツキン6はダイアフラ
ム3と面一となり、板1,11間に挾持した給
液板13の位置づれが防止できて、シール性もた
かめることができる。
