の雄ネジ部材に対して同心状に固着すると共に、
該円筒状部乃至は円錐筒状部に周方向に等間隔の
孔を設け、かつ、 上記雄ネジ部材に回転力を伝動する軸に歯車を
取り付け、該歯車の歯を前記の孔に噛合せしめた
