However, when the conventional foaming mold 1 is used, there is a drawback that the surface side of the skin material 4 is stained in any case. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, when the double-sided tape 7 is used, the adhesive of the double-sided tape 7 adheres to the surface of the skin material 4, staining the skin material 4, and causing the double-sided tape 7 to be used many times. Moreover, as shown in FIG. The foamed synthetic resin stock solution leaks out, and the leaked foamed synthetic resin stock solution sticks to the surface side of the skin material 4 in the pin hole 9, causing the skin material 4 to leak out.

As shown in FIG. 1, pins 8 formed on the lower mold 2
The skin material 12 is connected to the ends 17a of the skin pieces 17 and 18,
It is formed corresponding to the position of the bead 21 of the sewn portion 22, which is the joint portion of the seam 18a. The beading edge 21 is a beading edge portion 21a that protrudes to the outside of the skin pieces 17 and 18.
and a mounting portion 21b sewn to the ends 17a, 18a of the skin pieces 17, 18. The mounting portion 21b of this bead 21 and the skin piece 17,
The terminal side of the sewing part 22 with the terminals 17a and 18a of 18 is bent in the horizontal direction, and the bent attachment part 2
1b and the ends 17a and 18a of the skin pieces 17 and 18, the pins 8 are inserted to position the skin material 12. At this time, the attachment portion 21b is inserted into the pin 8 in close contact. Next, a stock solution 15' of foamed synthetic resin is injected into the inside of the skin material 12, and the upper mold 3 is molded together to cure the foam, thereby molding the foam 15 integral with the skin material 12 (see Fig. 3). The skin material integrated foam 11 is foam-molded. The pin hole 12a formed by being inserted into the skin material 12 can be foam-molded while being covered with the attachment part 21b of the bead 21 made of synthetic resin to prevent liquid leakage. Foam molding can be performed without staining the surface side.

The above is an embodiment of the method for molding a skin material integrated foam according to the present invention. According to this method, the skin material is formed by joining through the bead, and the bead is The mounting part is bent and inserted into the pin formed on the lower mold, so when injecting the foamed synthetic resin stock solution, it is effective to prevent the stock solution from flowing from the tip of the pin to the pin and leaking to the surface of the skin material. To prevent this, there is no risk of staining the surface of the skin material, and it is possible to obtain a skin material-integrated foam with an excellent appearance.
