下型2に配設する際に位置ずれや皺等が発生しな
いように両面テープ7を用いて仮止めされ(第4
図参照)、または、下型2に突出形成された位置
決め用のピン8が差し込まれるようになされてい
る(第5図参照)。

し、このピン穴9の表皮材4の表面側に漏出した
発泡合成樹脂の原液が固着してしまい、表皮材4
が同様に汚損されるものであつた。

表皮材の裏面側の前記ピンが差し込まれる位置に
弾力性を有する合成樹脂材またはゴム材からなる
液漏防止部材が取付けられている事を特徴とす
る。

なり、外観の優れた表皮材ー体発泡体を得る事が
出来る。

る虞れがなく、表皮材を汚損させる虞れがなく、
またピン穴がピンを抜いた際に液漏防止部材の復
元力により収縮して著しく小さくなり、密閉状態
とする事が出来、外観の優れた表皮材一体発泡体
を得る事が出来る。
