Description of the Related Art Conventionally, short fibers have been flocked to various products in order to impart decorative effects, cushioning effects, etc. However, conventionally, when forming a flocked layer on a product, the flocking process must be performed directly on the product, which is cumbersome to perform, and it is sometimes difficult to apply the flocking process directly to the desired location of the desired product. There were cases where the flocked layer could not be formed in the required areas.

に植毛層を形成し得るようにしたものである。 That is, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention temporarily laminates a flocked layer on one side of a base sheet through a temporary layer in a removable manner, and embeds one end of each fiber in this flocked layer. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is laminated in a state in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is laminated, and a release sheet is releasably laminated on this adhesive layer. When using the product, the release sheet should be peeled off and a flocked layer formed. After pasting the flocked sheet body to the desired part of the product using the action of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the base sheet is peeled off from the flocked layer, so that the flocked layer can be easily and reliably formed on the desired product. This is what I did.

is in a state where one end side of each fiber is buried in the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 4 as described above, and the flocked layer 3
The other end of each fiber is buried in the temporary layer 2, but in this case, one end of each fiber is firmly fixed and implanted in the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 4, and the base sheet 1 and the temporary The adhesive force between the temporary fixing layer 2 and the flocked layer 2, the adhesive force between the flocked layer 3 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4, and the adhesive strength between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 and the product to which it is attached The adhesive force between the temporary adhesive layer 2 and the flocked layer 3 is the weakest, and when the base sheet 1 is peeled off after the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is attached to the desired product, the adhesive force between the temporary adhesive layer 2 and the flocked layer 3 is The materials forming the base sheet 1, the temporary adhesive layer 2, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 are selected so that they can be peeled off and therefore have such adhesive strength.

Synthetic fibers such as acrylic fibers, polyamide fibers, and acetate fibers are used, and are appropriately selected depending on the purpose of use. Note that a mixture of these fibers can also be used. Furthermore, conductive fibers such as metal-adsorbing fibers or mixed fibers in which general fibers are mixed with these fibers can also be used as the short fibers, and by using these types of fibers, they can be suitably used for antistatic purposes. In this case, as the conductive fibers, copper ion adsorption fibers such as acrylic fibers, polyamide fibers, acetate fibers, polyester fibers, etc., on which copper ions are adsorbed, are preferably used.

方法が好適に採用される。 Base sheet: kraft paper with a basis weight of 50 to 70 g/ m2 ,
High-quality paper, etc. or polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene film with a thickness of 10 to 30 μm Temporary adhesive for temporary layer (temporary layer): Water-soluble glue such as polyvinyl alcohol, casein, gelatin, etc. Adhesive amount: 0.1 to 3 g/m 2 Flocking layer: Acrylic, nylon short fiber/copper ion adsorption fiber = 90-95%/10-5% Denier: 0.5-30 denier Length: 0.1-1mm Adhesive (pressure sensitive adhesive layer): Acrylic, rubber, adhesive Solid content: 20 to 30 g/ m2 Release sheet: Silicone treatment on one side of the paper Various methods can be used to manufacture the flocked sheet body described above, but one example is a temporary adhesive layer on one side of the base sheet. The preferred method is to form a temporary adhesive layer, then flock the short fibers onto this temporary layer using static electricity, then apply a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the flocked layer, and finally apply a release sheet.

Next, the base sheet 1 is peeled off to separate the temporary fixing layer 2 and the flocked layer 3, thereby forming a flocked layer on the product.

A flocked layer is reliably formed on the desired product.

る。 Therefore, by using the above-mentioned flocked sheet body, the flocked layer can be easily formed in one touch without the troublesome effort of directly applying flocking to each product as in the past, and it is possible to form a flocked layer with one touch, as well as to avoid the conventional direct flocking process. A flocked layer can be easily formed even on products that are difficult to apply, and a flocked layer can be reliably formed by simply pasting it on a desired part of a desired product. Since the flocked layer can be formed by simply performing a peeling operation, it is easy to use.

でき、実用的価値の非常に高いものである。 As explained above, the present invention temporarily laminates a flocked layer on one side of a base sheet via a temporary adhesive layer in a removable manner, and embeds one end of each fiber in this flocked layer. By laminating a pressure adhesive layer and removably laminating a release sheet on this adhesive layer, a flocked layer can be easily formed on a desired product, and the flocked layer can be applied to the product depending on the type of flocked fiber. It can easily provide a decorative effect, a buffering effect, an antistatic effect, etc., and has extremely high practical value.
