According to this method, wrinkles are generated, the holding force is reduced, and the material is likely to peel off. This tendency is particularly noticeable when used on uneven parts, and thus it is not suitable for use, for example, in fixing a wire harness.

In a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, a film 4 made of polypropylene, polyethylene or other synthetic resin is applied to the back side of a tape body 3 made of a cloth made of polypropylene, polyethylene or other synthetic resin, which is sequentially applied with the adhesive. A large number of escape holes 5 having an adhesive layer of the same quality as the adhesive of layer 1 on the inner peripheral surface are provided.

The back surface is first subjected to corona treatment by infrared irradiation, and then the adhesive layer 1 described above is applied, and then the release paper 2 is applied. As a means for forming the escape holes 5, for example, a rolling roller as shown in FIG. By dipping the needle 7 into an adhesive layer of the same quality as 1 and rolling the film 4 under pressure while the adhesive is attached to the needle 7, the adhesive layer 1 is adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the relief hole 5. An adhesive layer of the same quality as the adhesive was formed. In addition, relief hole 5
The diameter is, for example, about 50 microns, and the arrangement is generally one at each pitch center of the cloth.

It does not cause wrinkles due to stress changes, and is extremely suitable as a means for fixing wire harnesses in automobiles, for example. Furthermore, the inner peripheral surface of the relief hole 5 is coated with an adhesive layer of the same quality as the adhesive layer 1. Since it forms
This is integrated with the adhesive layer 1, and has the effect that the film 4 is firmly adhered to the tape body 3 and will not peel off.
