置であつて、 前記被塗布材の複数の検出箇所において当該被
塗布材を挟んで配置された投光器及び受光器から
なる複数の透過光検出センサーと、 前記受光器からの検出信号を一定の時間毎に順
次切り換えて出力する切換え手段と、 前記切換え手段からの出力信号を基準レベルと
比較してその大小に応じて制御信号を出力する比
較器と を有してなることを特徴とする薄膜状塗布剤の検
