図面中、４は処理部（異常検出手段）、５は検
出手段、７は出力トランジスタ、８は出力ライン
、１２は電位検出手段で、１６は異常報知用ＬＥ

段からの出力信号に基づいて制御される出力トラ
ンジスタとを備え、この出力トランジスタのオン
オフ動作に基づき出力ラインに接続した負荷を制
御するものにおいて、前記出力トランジスタの状
態に応じて変化する前記出力ラインの電位を検出
する電位検出手段と、この電位検出手段により検
出された出力ラインの電位状態および前記検出手
段からの出力信号に基づき異常を検出する異常検
出手段と、この異常検出手段により異常が検出さ
れたときに異常報知動作を行う異常報知手段とを
