伝達経路へのダウンシフトを指令するダウンシフ
ト指令手段と、車両の減速度を検出する減速度検
出手段と、減速度検出手段によつて検出される減
速度が所定値以上の場合にダウンシフト指令手段
によつて無段伝達経路から有段伝達経路へのダウ
ンシフトが行なわれた場合には有段伝達経路から
無段伝達経路へアツプシフトすることを所定時間
禁止するアツプシフト禁止手段と、を有すること
