る音叉部と、 上記圧電基板の片面側に設けられ、上記スリツ
トの周縁近傍部分に形成される第1電極と、 上記圧電基板の片面側に設けられ、上記第1電
極と別個に且つ上記スリツトに対して上記片方の
腕部外側縁に沿つた部分に形成される第2電極と
、 上記圧電基板の他面側に設けられ、上記第1電
極、上記第2電極に対向して形成される第3電極
とを具備してなることを特徴とする圧電フイルタ
