を形成し、圧電基板のスリツト溝の外側及び振動
部よりも基端側を非振動部とし、前記振動部の先
端部にエツジモードの振動電極を形成し、前記各
非振動部のいずれかに各エツジモード振動電極か
ら引き出された外部引き出し電極を設けたことを
