Claims (1)
板の音叉部形成辺に空隙をあけて突き合わされる
ように配設されたスペーサと、上記圧電基板およ
びスペーサをサンドイツチ状に表面側および裏面
側から挟むシートを具備し、これら圧電基板とス
ペーサとシートが少なくとも音叉部近傍を除いて
接着により一体化されてなる圧電振動子において
、 上記スペーサにコンデンサを構成する電極パタ
ーンを形成し、且つ上記シートに上記電極パター
ンの一部が露出する切欠を形成するようにしたこ
