トの周縁近傍部分に形成される第1電極と、 上記圧電基板の片面側に設けられ、上記第1電
極と別個に且つ上記スリツトを中心として上記両
腕部各外側縁に沿つた部分に形成される第2電極
と、 上記圧電基板の他面側に設けられ、上記第1電
極に対向し、且つ上記第2電極に短絡されて形成
される第3電極と、 上記圧電基板の他面側に設けられ、上記第2電
極に対向して上記第3電極と別個に形成される第
4電極とを具備してなることを特徴とする圧電フ
イルタ。
