(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) According to the above-mentioned conventional construction methods, joint finishing work is required, which not only requires labor and time for joint-related work, but also requires a lot of work between joint mortar, pasting mortar, and base material. There were other problems, such as if the parts were not fully integrated, there was a risk of parts falling off, and it was difficult to get a good finish without a highly skilled technique.

(Means for Solving the Problems) However, the present invention provides elastic rods for joints having a thickness corresponding to a predetermined joint depth and a predetermined width according to the tile dimensions, on a transparent or semi-transparent plastic board. A tile temporary mounting board is constructed by providing the tiles vertically and horizontally. This tile temporary installation board has a tile temporary installation recess partitioned by the elastic rod, so
Place the specified tile in this recess with the surface side facing the board.
Insert and arrange each. Next, cement mortar of a predetermined thickness (for example, 3 mm to 5 mm) (conventional mix, sand-cement ratio 1:1 to
2: After applying 1st place), lift up the tile temporary adhesion board and apply pressure to the surface on which the same type of cement mortar was applied with a thickness of 2 to 10 mm immediately before, with the cement mortar side as the base. After removing the temporary tile mounting board and modifying the tiles as necessary, the tiling work is completed. In this method, the number of tiles to be pasted at one time is 8 to 16 for small tiles.
In the case of two tiles, there are 6 to 8 tiles. The material for the plastic board may be acrylic resin, styrene resin, vinyl chloride resin, etc., but the material must have enough rigidity to withstand the weight of attached tiles and cement mortar, and can be locally elastically deformed when peeled off. preferable.
Further, as the elastic rod for the joint part, rubber or foamed plastic can be considered, and it is desirable that it is lightweight and has elasticity. It should be noted that the transparent plastic plate and the elastic rod may be fixed to separate materials or may be integrally molded.

(Function) According to the present invention, since a transparent plastic board is used, it is possible to see through the adhesion of tiles from the outside, and the peelability is good, and since elastic rods are used for joints, the depth of the joints is constant. However, since the cement mortar at the upper joints is the same as the cement mortar covering the tiles, there is no risk of peeling or chipping of the joints, and the tiled finishing layer is completely integrated with the base.

(Effects of the Invention) That is, according to the present invention, tiles are arranged in the temporary attachment recesses of a tile temporary attachment board with elastic rods for joints, a cement mortar layer is applied thereon, and then the cement mortar layer of the building frame is coated with the tiles. Since the tiles were attached by contacting and applying pressure to the layers, it was possible to attach multiple tiles at once, and the cement mortar at the joints was tightly bonded to the tiles and the cement mortar on the structure side.
It has the effect of making the appearance of the joints consistent and beautiful. However, since joint work can be omitted, not only the labor and time required for this work can be saved, but also skilled techniques are no longer required.Furthermore, since transparent or semi-transparent plastic boards are used, it is easy to adjust the tile attachment position. It has the effect of improving work efficiency because it allows confirmation and the state of adhesion to be seen through. Furthermore, elastic rods for joints are installed vertically and horizontally to form recesses for temporary tile attachment, making it easy to form tile temporary attachment boards that match the size and thickness of the tile and the width and thickness of the joint. This has the effect of making it easier to work according to the conditions of the location.
