【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は自動車等の車輌用シートに関する。
さらに詳細には、車輌用シートのリクライニング

車輌用シートをリクライニングさせる機構とし
て設けられるリクライニングデバイスはシートク
ツシヨンのパネルフレームの側面にボルト締めに
よつて取付けられる。この取付けはシートクツシ
ヨンのパネルフレームに設けられた取付用孔の裏
面側に溶接固着された複数個（通常２個）のウエ
ルドナツトにリクライニングデバイスのベースプ
レートに螺通したボルトを挿入し締め付けること
によつて行われている。ところがシートクツシヨ
ンのパネルフレームには軟質合成樹脂シート製の
トリムカバー（表皮材）が覆装されるので、上記
リクライニングデバイスを取付けるためのボルト
締めを行うのにトリムカバーに丸孔を明け、その
孔を通じて前記ボルトを挿通し締付けを行つてい
る。従つてリクライニングデバイスのベースプレ
ートはトリムカバーを挟んでフレームに取付けら
れ、軟質合成樹脂材を挟んでの締付け（共締め）
となるためボルトの締付けが完全に行い得ず、取
付け後に合成樹脂材の経時変化等により弛みが発
生することが多く、機構にがたを生じたりボルト

く、リクライニングデバイスのベースプレート４
はトリムカバー１を挟んでフレーム３に締付けら
れるため、前記の如くボルトの弛み、がたを生じ
ることとなるのである。第３図は他の例の締付け
部分縦断面を示したもので、この例ではベースプ
レート４の下端部分を折曲げ、ベースプレート４
がフレーム３に直接当接する如く構成したもので
あるが、本例でも前記の如くトリムカバーのずれ
等により、前記の共締めを完全に防止することは
難しく、特に図示例においては、トリムカバー１
の孔１ａの縁部１ａがボルト５の螺入に伴つてボ
ルト孔に引込まれて締付けが行われた例が示され

なされたものである。すなわち本考案は、前記の
如き車輌用シートクツシヨンのリクライニングデ
バイス取付用ボルト孔のデバイス側周縁部にガイ
ド片を固設し、このガイド片内にトリムカバーに
設けた穴部に挿入され且つボルト挿通孔を有する
ボルト座金部を前記ベースプレートと一体に形成
するか別体の座金で構成し、該座金部を直接前記
フレームに面当接させて該フレームに固設したウ
エルドナツトに前記座金部のボルト挿通孔に挿通
したボルトを螺合し、前記ベースプレートを前記
フレームに、前記ベースプレートとフレームとの
間に前記トリムカバーが介在する間〓を有するよ
う取り付けたことを要旨とする。以下、図面に示

らつきやトリムカバー被装時のずれがガイド片に
よつて規制されてトリムカバーの共締めが完全に
防止でき、確実なメタルコンタクト状態での締付
けができるから、取付け後においてボルトが弛み
