(Prior art) Conventionally, the method of manufacturing panels for use in sliding doors, etc., was to frame the panels in advance with frame materials and then laminate the surface materials to make the panels. However, in this method, the frames were assembled each time the size of the panel changed. I had to start over.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and involves manufacturing a plate-shaped body of a certain size in advance, and cutting it into a desired size at the time of use. Panels of various sizes can be easily manufactured by inserting the frame material into the frame.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the panel of the present invention is composed of a core material, a plate-like body laminated on both sides of the core material, and a frame material, and the panel is made up of a core material, a plate-like body laminated on both sides of the core material, and a frame material, and the plate-like body is cut into a desired size. Later, a frame material was inserted into the side edge to secure it in place.

(Function) Before the size of the panel is determined, the plate and the frame material are stored separately, and once the size is determined, the plate is cut to that size. Next, the frame material is inserted from the side edge of the plate-shaped body and fixed, but since the core material and surface material are bonded by line bonding, they are easily peeled off, and the core material such as a honeycomb core is not attached in the lateral direction. Since the core material is easily deformed, simply by inserting the frame material, the core material is pressed inward of the plate-like body, and a panel to which the frame material is fixed is obtained.

(Example) Next, the constituent materials and specific manufacturing method of the panel of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. First of all
As shown in the figure, the core material 1 is a hollow body made of paper such as a honeycomb core or a roll core, or paper impregnated with a thermosetting resin. It is what was done. In addition, noncombustible core materials made of asbestos paper, core materials made of aluminum, plastic, etc. are also used depending on the purpose. Next, the surface material 2 is a single sheet made of a decorative film such as fusuma paper, PVC wallpaper, printed decorative paper, PVC sheet, or

It is a composite sheet made by laminating cardboard such as asbestos paper. These composite sheets are laminated by conventional wet lamination, dry lamination, extruder lamination, etc.

Flat pressure press the core material and surface material as described above,
Alternatively, they are laminated using a roll laminator using an emulsion adhesive such as vinyl acetate. As shown in the figure, the surface material may have a larger area than the core material, and it may be laminated so that the edge of the surface material protrudes beyond the edge of the core material, or it may have the same area as the core material. You may also use a tool to align the ends.

One is the case where a frame material 3 having a thickness approximately equal to the thickness of the core material is used, as shown in FIG.
At this time, the side edge portion of the core material is peeled off from the surface material by the amount that the frame material is inserted and is pressed inward of the plate-like body.

The other case is when a frame material that is thinner than the core material is used, as shown in Figure 3. In this case, two cuts are made in advance on the side of the core material to match the thickness of the frame material. After forming the frame material, insert the frame material into the two notches. The cuts may be formed before or after laminating the surface material on the core material. In this case, only the portion of the core material into which the frame material is inserted is pressed inward of the plate-like body, and the portion outside the notch in the core material is not deformed.

Strictly speaking, the thickness of the frame material used is
In the case shown in the figure, the thickness is the thickness of the core material minus the thickness of two facing materials, and in the case shown in Figure 3, the thickness is the thickness of two facing materials from the distance between the two notches. The thickness is reduced. Of course, if you use a surface material with the same area as the core material and do not bend the edges,
Use frame material with the same thickness as the core material.

また、第4図〜第7図に示すように、枠材が板

Additionally, as shown in Figures 4 to 7, there are cases where the frame material is pushed deep inside the plate-like body, or conversely, where a part of the frame material is not inserted and is exposed. . In these cases as well, instead of exposing the ends of the surface material as shown in the drawings, the ends of the surface material may be bent inward as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

(Effect of the invention) In the conventional method of assembling the frame material first, the frame material is cut in advance according to the dimensions of the panel, so there is no problem when manufacturing a large number of panels of the same shape.
When manufacturing panels of various sizes with different dimensions, the framework work is complicated, but with the panel of the present invention, it is necessary after manufacturing a plate-like body with a core material and surface material of a certain size. Just cut it to the appropriate size. (However, in this case, only one side of the surface material is cut to the same size as the core material. In other words, if you want to cut only the core material without cutting any of the surface material on both surfaces, it is necessary to cut only one side of the surface material to the same size as the core material. This is because preparations such as peeling off the ends of the material and bending them outwards are required, and even if you do this, they are not actually machined. Therefore, only the surface material on one side is the core material. Will it be cut to the same size?
Or the facing material on both sides is cut to the same size as the core material. In other words, when manufacturing a plate-shaped body, it is sufficient to prepare a core material of one type of size and a surface material of one type of size, making manufacturing very easy.
