The present invention relates to a heat insulating material for an inner wall of a building. More specifically, the present invention is a new heat insulating material in which the heat insulating material and the wallpaper are integrated, and at the same time, the shape is devised so that it can be stored and handled as a long scroll. Related to wallpaper with effect.

Insulation work for building inner walls is currently underway with foamed plastic insulation boards such as foam polystyrene, extruded polystyrene foam, and rigid urethane foam, or with them and plywood, gypsum board, metal board, or asbestos slate board. The method of attaching a composite panel combining the above to the rough surface of the inner wall first, and then attaching the polyvinyl chloride wallpaper on top of it is relatively inexpensive and does not require skill, and is generally widely used. Has been done. However, even with this method, there are many steps that must be performed on-site, such as measuring and cutting heat insulating materials and wallpaper, applying adhesive and drying, etc., and it requires manpower and time, so further rationalization was required. ..

Therefore, by integrating the heat insulating material and the wall material, the work of measuring, cutting, applying adhesive, and drying work in the field was halved. In addition, the appearance of a wall finishing material that was easy to store and handle was awaited. ..

The present inventor has solved the above problems by pasting a polyvinyl chloride wallpaper and a rigid heat insulating material with an adhesive in advance, and at the same time forming the shape of the heat insulating material into a collection of strips. I found it. The wallpaper constituting the present invention is most preferably made of vinyl cloth, especially polyvinyl chloride, from the viewpoints of its designability, price, resistance to moisture penetration, compatibility with adhesives, etc. It is also used in. The heat insulating material that constitutes the present invention must have sufficient resistance to the impact applied daily as a wall material and moisture permeability resistance to prevent dew condensation on the inside of the wall. It must also have compatibility and is most preferably a foamed plastic insulation such as foam polystyrene, extruded polystyrene foam, rigid urethane foam. Since these heat insulating materials are rigid, they cannot be rolled or folded and are usually supplied as rectangular plates with a width of about 90 cm and a length of about 180 cm for the convenience of transportation, storage and handling. Even when this heat insulating material and wallpaper are pasted together, the size is limited to a width of about 90 cm and a length of about 180 cm. Unnecessary boundaries of wallpaper due to the size of the insulating material will be created on the wall surface, further increasing the risk of condensation inside the wall due to moisture permeation through these boundaries. Therefore, in the present invention, as shown by 2 in FIG. 1, the heat insulating material is divided into small strips and is attached to the wallpaper so that it can be stored and handled as a scroll. The orientation constraint was removed to prevent unnecessary wallpaper boundaries from appearing. The size of each strip-shaped heat insulating material is preferably 5 mm or more and 50 mm or less and 5 mm or more and 200 mm or less in length from the viewpoint of heat insulating performance and ease of handling. The width is not particularly limited. In addition, if it is considered that the impact resistance of the heat insulating material is not sufficient on the wall surface where a particularly strong impact may be applied, as shown in 3 in Fig. 1, the space between the heat insulating material and the wallpaper is It is also possible to further improve the impact resistance by providing an intermediate layer such as plywood, metal plate or asbestos slate plate. However, even in this case, these intermediate layers must be strip-shaped and have the same thickness and length as the heat insulating material so that they can be rolled.

As an example of a wallpaper having heat insulation performance according to the present invention, a wallpaper having the shape shown in Fig. 1 was prototyped. 80 μm thick polyvinyl chloride cloth is used for the wallpaper, and 22.5 mm thick foam polystyrene plate with 2.5 mm thick plywood laminated is used for the heat insulating material, with a length of 50 mm and width. A strip cut into a 900 mm strip was used. This means that a foam polystyrene plate having a thickness of 22.5 mm is used as the heat insulating material 2 in FIG. 1 and a plywood plate having a thickness of 2.5 mm is used as the intermediate layer 3 in FIG. The strip-shaped heat insulating material was attached to the wallpaper with an acrylic emulsion adhesive. The wallpaper having the heat insulating property according to the present invention thus produced had a length of 10 m and a width of 900 mm. The case where a wall having a height of 2400 mm and a width of 3000 mm is constructed with the wallpaper having the heat insulating property according to the present invention is taken as an example, and the case where the heat insulating material and the wallpaper are constructed one after another as a comparison example Table 1 shows the results of the comparison.
