電流指令手段から出力された電流指令信号にバイ
アス電流値を加算した信号に基づいて前記各コイ
ルに供給する励磁電流を各々制御する電流制御手
段と、前記ロータの回転数を検出する回転数検出
手段と、前記回転数検出手段の検出結果に基づい
て、前記ロータの回転数が高くなる程、前記電流
指令信号に加算すべきバイアス電流値を下げるバ
イアス電流調整手段とを具備することを特徴とす
る磁気軸受の制御回路。
