変化する可変磁気抵抗を構成すると共に、その可
変磁気抵抗を含む磁気回路を通じる磁束を検出す
る磁束検出素子を有し、前記磁束検出素子の検出
値に基づいて前記第1及び第2の部材間の相対変
位を検出する変位センサにおいて、前記磁束検出
素子の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、前記磁気
回路内に配設された電磁石と、前記温度検出手段
の検出結果に基づいて前記磁束検出素子及び前記
電磁石に供給される電流を制御する電流制御手段

記磁束検出素子の温度を検出する温度検出手段と

束検出素子及び前記電磁石に供給される電流を制
