端部4aは、フエース部1aの略スイートスポツ
ト部分に位置するように構成されている。また、
図中5は前記ヘツド本体1のフエース部1aに埋
設固定された硬化済FRPからなるフエース面板、
6及び7はバツク部1b及びソール部1cにそれ
ぞれ必要に応じて埋設された鉛あるいは真鍮等の
金属材料からなるソールウエイト部材及びバツク
ウエイト部材等の質量体、8は前記ヘツド本体1
のネツク部1dに挿貫固定されたクラブシヤフ
ト、さらに9は該クラブシヤフト8と前記ヘツド
本体ネツク部1dとの取付基部周囲を保護するキ
