ように、ヘツド形状の複雑さによつてその具体的
製造に際し、種々の困難があり、実用化するに至
つていないのが現状である。

タルコアに孔明け加工を施して全体の重量調整あ
るいは重心調整を図る場合には、芯部材を別途造
形してその表面に孔開きメタルコアを適宜の手段
で被覆形成し、芯部材が発泡プラスチツクであれ
ばそのまま残存させる一方、低溶融金属等の溶出
可能材料であれば、離型後外部に排出して中空に
することも可能である。

となり、しかも生産性、量産性の向上によるコス
トダウンを図ることができるなど、実用性にすぐ
れた効果を奏するものである。
