に工夫を施すことにより、成形性及び品質の向上を図る
ようにしたものである。

等の発生原因になシ易ぐ、品質の低下は免れなかった。

させなから熱圧成形することを特徴とするものである。

を成形型15のキャビティ16の内壁面方向に押圧拡開
させながら前記芯部成形材11の周囲のFRP成形用材
料13をキャビティ■6の内壁面に押付けながら熱圧成
形を行なうものである(第5図及び第6図参照)。そし
て、成形後、第7図に示すように、ヘッド本体lのソー
ル部1bに形成される高圧注入用浅孔18から袋体12
を取出し、さらに中空部芯部成形利用溶剤を注入して芯
部成形材11を溶出させた後、該中空部に発泡性合成樹
脂液19を充填し発泡硬化するとともに、該浅孔18を
質量体その他の適宜の部材で埋込むことにより、第1図
及び第2図に示すようなウッドクラブヘッドを得るもの
