一体化することを特徴とするものである。

用することが好適である。ただし、いずれのF RP成
形用材料も両者共通してハンドレイアップ法等による未
硬化液状合成樹脂を補強繊維に含浸した状態のものが使
用可能である。

ヘッドの成形を高精度な芯部構成体を使用し1成形する
ことが簡便にでき、成形時ヘッド内殻を構成づる殻体は
高精度の内型の役目を果すことから、従来の成形法のよ
うな芯部構成材の寸法不安定さに起因する成形用材料が
充填されるべき空隙容積の過不足が解消され、層間密着
不足やボイドの発生または余剰の成形用材料によるパリ
発生を切削した際の補強繊維の連続性の切断を防止でき
、これによってFRPの品質や表面平滑性を向上させる
ことができ、また全体重aの軽減化を図れるなど、実用
性にすぐれた効果を奏するものである。
