Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and control and magnify an elevatable quantity in the equipment of a plant in the title by forming individually rotatable shelves around a vertical shaft in multi-stages, provided with communicable passages between the upper and lower shelves, and providing elevatable bodies with hangers movable along rails above the rotatable shelves. CONSTITUTION:Keeping an elevatable body 19 in the elevating limit, a movable body 1 is run along a rail 2, and moved above rotatable shelves 40 to stop here. Meanwhile, the group of upper shelf parts 42 above a target stage are controlled to rotate around a vertical shaft axis 41 so as to coincide with their passages each other below the movable body 1. Hereby, the target shelf part 42 is communication with a passage 44 up to the upper part of the rotatable shelves 40. In this condition, a hanger device 30 is elevatably driven to be taken in and out with the elevatable body 19. By this constitution, constitution and control of the equipment are simplified and the elevatable quantity can be magnified.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this type of warehouse equipment has been developed, for example, by
A warehouse facility using a suspended conveyance device as seen in Japanese Patent No. 37010 is provided. This conventional type has a movable body that is supported and guided by rails and can travel on a fixed path, and an elevating body is provided below this movable body via an elevating drive device and a guide device. The receptacle, which can be moved in and out of directions, is provided with a passing tool, and the fixed path is arranged along the front surface of a shelf having a plurality of divided storage spaces in the vertical and horizontal directions.

According to this conventional type, the carrier moves the movable body along a fixed path while raising the lifting body that supports the load using a transfer device, thereby positioning the load above the floor (on the ceiling side) and suspending it. Capable of lowered transport. The movable body enters a path along the front of the shelf and stops corresponding to a designated row of compartment storage spaces.

At this time, the elevating body is lowered by a predetermined amount while traveling, and therefore, at the same time as the above-mentioned stop, the elevating body faces the intended storage space. Next, the receiver moves the transfer tool in the lateral direction to place the cargo into the desired compartment storage space, and then lowers the elevating body slightly to store the cargo. Thereafter, the movable body is moved to the next step by moving the transfer tool in and out, and during this movement, the elevating body is raised to its maximum limit. Note that the empty movable body can be stopped opposite to the intended compartment storage space, and the vehicle can be taken out by operating in the opposite manner to that described above. In addition, when a load is transferred with the transfer tool protruding laterally, the hanging lifting body tends to swing from side to side due to the unbalanced load.
This is prevented by the telescopic guide body.

In addition, by providing the kite body for preventing shaking, the amount of elevation (stroke) of the elevating body is restricted, and it is not possible to use a shelf with a small number of steps as a shelf. Furthermore, although it is possible to prevent the lifting body from shaking due to the above-mentioned unbalanced load, this unbalanced load may shift the support position of the movable body with respect to the rail and cause the train to come off. Therefore, heavy loads and unbalanced loads are We cannot handle large loads.

In a carousel, one shelf is rotated about a longitudinal axis relative to the stage into which the load is to be received, causing its passages to meet below the load. The shelf section of the target stage is also rotated, so that the target location (address) is perpendicularly opposed to the load. In this state, by lowering the elevating body using the elevating drive device,
The load supported via the hanger device can be lowered through the channels and unloaded to the desired location. Then, by opening the hanger device and raising it together with the elevating body, the desired storage can be performed. In addition, by reverse operation, cargo can be unloaded from the carousel.

At this time, the stage and location (address) to be entered are centrally controlled, and therefore, based on the instructions, the vehicle is transferred to another rail 2 before the switching rail 37 or via the switching rail 37. Afterwards, it is stopped at a predetermined location. Further, the group of shelves 42 above the target stage is controlled to rotate about the vertical axis 41 so that the passages 44 thereof meet below the vehicle body 35. This rotation can be achieved by rotating the drive rivet shaft 54 by the motor 53 and transmitting the rotational force to the shelf section 42 via the chino 55 and the passive body 49. The rotation of the target stage is also controlled.

The receiver at the target address positions the stand 56 below the group of passages 44, so that the stand 56 faces the vehicle body 35 in the vertical direction. In this state, the elevating drive device 18 is operated to lower, and the elevating body 19 is lowered by the sent out chinos 26 and 27. As a result, the vehicle body 35 supported via the hanger device 30 descends through the group of passages 44, and the receiver at the target address at the target stage is stopped on the stand 56. Next, the hanger device 30 is opened and the motor 53 is reversely driven to raise the elevating body 19 together with the empty hanger device 30, thereby achieving the desired storage. Note that the vehicle body 35 can be taken out of the carousel 40 by a reverse operation to that described above.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention having the above configuration, the movable body supporting the load with the hanger device is stopped above the rotating shelf, and the shelf group above the target stage is rotated to open the aisle group. After aligning the cargo below, by lowering the elevating body, the cargo can be lowered directly below while passing through the aisles and stored at the desired location, and by reverse operation, the cargo can be moved to the desired location. can be issued. In this way, by vertically moving the elevating body and hanger device, loading and unloading of cargo onto the rotating shelf is possible.
It is possible to take goods out of the warehouse, and the structure and control can be simplified compared to a type in which people go in and out of the warehouse horizontally. Moreover, since there is no unbalanced load, a kite device is not required, and it is possible to enter and exit the warehouse with a long lifting distance (stroke).
An efficient rotating shelf with multiple stages can be used.
