Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability in the manufacturing extensively and to realize labor saving, rationalization, and the like, by providing the first conveying line, and the second conveying line to convey a container loading table in a closed loop, combining the whole system efficiently by using conveying lines and the like, and automating the whole system. CONSTITUTION:In a conveying line 12, metal moulds 4 are conveyed in order in the direction of the arrows C, and after preheating up to a specific temperature in a preheating device 13, they are conveyed to a filling device 20. Then, after bulk 21 is filled at a specific amount in the patterns 8 of the metal moulds 4, the moulds 4 are conveyed to a cooling device 30 to cool and harden, and the bulk 21 is formed in the patterns 8 as rouge rods 3. On the other hand, cases 2 transferred on a case loading table 68 on the second conveying line 67 by the above transfer device 61 are conveyed to a rouge rod preheating device 70 in the condition the rouge rods are drawn out respectively. Furthermore, they are conveyed to a framing device 71, where gloss and the like are imparted to increase the product value, and then examined at the position of an examination table 81. In such a way, the products are conveyed in order in the direction of the arrow L, and lipsticks 1 can be manufactured in a perfect automation.

Generally, in order to manufacture bar-shaped cosmetics such as lipsticks and lip balms, the bulk of cosmetics is filled into each mold part formed in a mold, and this is cooled and solidified together with the mold. After molding a bar-shaped cosmetic, the bar-shaped cosmetic is loaded into the inner tray of a dispensing container to assemble the bar-shaped cosmetic. In the other method, the dispensing container is set in advance in a mold frame, and the cosmetic concentrate is placed in the dispensing container. There is a direct filling method that manufactures bar-shaped cosmetics by directly filling and cooling solidification. The former loading and assembly method is used to manufacture relatively high-quality lipsticks, etc. The method is used to produce relatively inexpensive lip balms and the like.

Furthermore, even after loading the cosmetic bar into the dispenser, the dispenser is manually attached to a holder called a "hakama" while the cosmetic bar is being dispensed, and the dispenser and the holder are placed on a conveyor line or the like. The bar-shaped cosmetics are transported to a framing device, etc., and after framing, the bar-shaped cosmetics have to be manually fed back into the container, and the lids are hung, etc., which makes it impossible to save labor and streamline operations. There is.

By rotating each sleeve 2B relative to the knob 2A, each red stick 3 is lowered into each case 2. Further, when each red rod 3 is completely lowered into each case 2, a torque of a predetermined value or more acts on each roller 80, so each clutch 79 is released and each roller 80 stops rotating. When the lowering of each red bar 3 is completed, each clamping plate 74 and shaft support plate 78 retreat in the direction opposite to the direction of arrow M, the stopper is released, and each case 2 is lowered so that the red bar 3 is lowered. The conveyance line 67 together with the case mounting table 68 is
