As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the second extracting step S700 may include: a second removal step S710 of removing the upper separation frame 14 and the intermediate frame 24 in order from the second mold placing frame 23; a casing coupling step S720 of coupling at least a part of the first cosmetic C1 and the second cosmetic C2 solidified in a state of protruding from the outside of the second elastic mold 22 to the lipstick casing 30, as shown in fig. 11; a second expanding step S730 of expanding the second elastic mold 22 by pulling the second elastic mold outward by a vacuum suction device; and a second separation step S740 of taking out the first cosmetic C1 and the second cosmetic C2 combined with the lipstick case 30 from the second elastic mold 22, as shown in fig. 12.
In this case, in the second removing step S710, heat may be applied to the upper separation frame 14 to partially melt the first cosmetic C1 adhered to the upper separation frame 14 so that the upper separation frame 14 may be easily taken out from the middle frame 24, and when the middle frame 24 is removed from the second mold placing frame 23, the exposed end of the first cosmetic C1 or the second cosmetic C2 is pressed to be fixed to prevent the first cosmetic C1 or the second cosmetic C2 from moving upward along the middle frame 24.
Also, before the above-described casing combination step S720 is performed, the first cosmetic C1 protruding from the second cosmetic C2 may be cut or melted at the height of the above-described second cosmetic C2, so that the first cosmetic C1 or the second cosmetic C2 may be easily combined with the lipstick casing 30.
In the second spreading step S730, after the second mold outer wall 23C of the second mold placing frame 23 is covered with the vacuum suction device, the vacuum suction device is operated to suck air inside the second mold outer wall 23C through the second air circulation holes 23d formed in the second mold outer wall 23C to spread the second elastic mold 22 outward and to separate the solidified second cosmetic C2 from the inner circumferential surface of the second elastic mold 22.
As described above, as shown in fig. 1 to 12, in the different types of stick-type cosmetic filling methods according to the embodiments of the present invention, after the first cosmetic C1 having an opaque or translucent color is injected into the first elastic mold 12 having the injection space of a three-dimensional shape and solidified, the solidified first cosmetic C1 is taken out and inserted again into the injection space of the second elastic mold 22, and the second cosmetic C2 having a transparent color is injected into the second elastic mold 22 and solidified, and the opaque or translucent first cosmetic C1 having a three-dimensional shape is transmitted to the outside through the transparent second cosmetic C2 and the aesthetic sense is improved, not only is the filling process simplified, thereby increasing productivity.

Claims (8)

1. A method of filling a different type of stick cosmetic, comprising:
a first preparation step of preparing a first elastic mold having a first injection space of a three-dimensional shape;
a first injection and solidification step of injecting a first cosmetic having an opaque or translucent color into a first injection space of the first elastic mold and solidifying the first cosmetic;
a first taking-out step of taking out the solidified first cosmetic from the first elastic mold;
a second preparation step of preparing a second elastic mold having a second injection space;
a first cosmetic insertion step of inserting the solidified first cosmetic into the second injection space of the second elastic mold;
a second injection and solidification step of injecting a second cosmetic having a transparent color into a second injection space of the second elastic mold and solidifying the second cosmetic; and
a second taking-out step of taking out the solidified first cosmetic and the second cosmetic from the second elastic mold.
2. The method for filling cosmetics in stick form of different types according to claim 1, wherein the first elastic mold of the first preparation step is provided in a first filling block, and the first filling block is composed of a first lower fixing frame, a first mold placing frame, and an upper separation frame.
3. The method for filling cosmetics in stick form of various types according to claim 1, wherein in the first injection solidifying step, the first cosmetic is injected into the first injection space of the first elastic mold through the first injection port of the upper separation frame.
4. The method for filling different types of stick-type cosmetics according to claim 1, wherein the first removing step includes:
a first expanding step of pulling the first elastic mold outward by a vacuum suction device and expanding it; and
and a second separation step of separating the upper separation frame from the first mold placing frame and taking out the first cosmetic adhered to the upper separation frame in a solidified state from the first elastic mold.
5. The method for filling cosmetics in stick form of different types according to claim 1, wherein the second elastic mold in the second preparation step is provided in a second filling block, and the second filling block is composed of a second lower fixing frame, a second mold placing frame, and an intermediate frame.
6. The method for filling cosmetics in stick form of different types according to claim 1, wherein in the first cosmetic insertion step, the solidified first cosmetic is inserted into the second elastic mold and the intermediate frame, and the upper separation frame to which the first cosmetic is attached is fixedly coupled to the intermediate frame.
7. The method for filling cosmetics in stick form of different types according to claim 1, wherein in the second injection solidifying step, the second cosmetic is injected into the second injection space of the second elastic mold through a second injection port formed outside the first injection port of the upper separation frame.
8. The method for filling different types of stick-type cosmetics according to claim 1, wherein the second removing step includes:
a second removing step of sequentially removing the upper separation frame and the intermediate frame from the second mold placing frame;
a casing combination step of combining a lipstick casing with a first cosmetic and a second cosmetic which are solidified in a state that at least one part of the first cosmetic and the second cosmetic are protruded to the outside of the second elastic mold;
a second expanding step of expanding the second elastic mold by pulling the second elastic mold outward by a vacuum suction device; and
and a second separation step of taking out the first cosmetic and the second cosmetic combined with the lipstick casing from the second elastic mold.
