In order to prevent slipping on the surface of this flooring material, a special blend of slip-resistant paint is used as the paint applied to the surface of the flooring material. Resin paints made soft by adding ronone, etc., and paints mixed with beads are used.

。The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The floorboard 1 is formed by laminating and bonding a wooden decorative veneer 9 under heat and pressure to the surface of a substrate 8 such as plywood. After the surface of the floorboard 1 is sanded with a grit of #180 or #240, a sealer paint is applied if necessary, and an undercoat paint 2 is applied to the surface of the floorboard 1. As the undercoat paint 2, for example, polyester UVl! It is preferable to use a UV paint such as a UV paint or a modified acrylic UV paint, and the amount applied is 0.5g/2 to 3.5g/scale. It is recommended that the dry film thickness be set in the range of 0g/scale 2 (preferably 1.5±0.5g/scale 2 as standard) and the dry film thickness in the range of 10μ to 30μ (preferably 20μ as standard). good. The undercoat paint 2 can be applied by any method such as a roll coater or a reverse roll coater. Also floorboard 1
When painting a colored object, it is preferable to apply coloring before applying the undercoat 2. After applying the undercoat 2 and drying it, apply the intermediate coat 3 to the undercoat 2. As the intermediate coating 3, in addition to the above-mentioned UV paint, ami/alkyd paint, urethane paint, etc. can be used, but UV paint has 100% non-volatile content (solid content). Since it has no volatile content, it is preferable because it ends up forming a four-convex pattern with the applied pattern as it is. Also, since the intermediate coating 3 is applied on top of the undercoat 2, it is preferable to use calcium carbonate, etc. It is better to use a transparent rear paint that does not contain fillers such as pigments, and it is necessary to apply this intermediate paint 3 in a raised manner. is preferable, and the viscosity is preferably set in the range of 30 seconds to 150 seconds (80 seconds to 100 seconds is most preferable) using Iwata No. This can be done by applying the intermediate coat 3 to a net such as cheesecloth and squeezing it. After applying the intermediate coat 3 partially and drying it, apply the top coat from the top of the base coat 2 to the top of the middle coat 3. 4 to finish the painting as shown in Figure 1.Ami/alkyd paint or urethane paint may be used as the top coat 4, but urethane paint is used in terms of quality. It is preferable that l!The amount of cloth is 4
,017 shaku2 to 8,017 shaku2 range! ! (6 as standard
.. The coating of the undercoat 2, which is preferably set to 0.+-.1.0 g/scale 2), can be performed using a curtain 70-coater or the like. FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which the intermediate coating 3 is applied partially in a circular shape so as to be uniformly distributed over the entire surface of the floorboard 1. In this example, the diameter and thickness of the intermediate coating 3 are as follows: diameter d=1
.. 0m5i~20mm, thickness t=0.1m-~1.5m
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, which is preferably set within a range of m, the wood grain pattern can be formed with the intermediate coat 3 by dropping the intermediate coat 3 along the wood grain pattern. For example, by moving the dripping nozzle under NC control, by using a net, or by using a roll tool, the intermediate coating 3 can be applied in an arbitrary pattern.
can be applied. The width and thickness of the intermediate coating 3 are as follows: radius=1.0*-10-1, thickness t=0.
Intermediate paint 3, preferably set in the range of 1-1 to 2,0 mm (0.3-1 to 0.6-0 mm is preferable in %)
The pattern of application is as shown in Fig. 4 (a
) may be formed in a straight line pattern parallel to the longitudinal direction of the floorboard 1, or may be formed in a diagonal line pattern as shown in FIG. 4(b). As mentioned above, the intermediate coat 3 is partially applied on the base coat 2, and the intermediate coat 3 is applied from above the base coat 2.
By applying the top coat 4 over the top, the area where the intermediate coat 3 is applied will partially swell more than other areas, and the unevenness of the surface of the floorboard 1 due to this swell will provide anti-slip performance. can. In addition, the intermediate coating 3 stimulates uneven bare feet, thereby providing a health promoting effect. By using the intermediate coating 3, it is possible to form various uneven horizontal patterns as described above, and in particular, since the uneven horizontal patterns are uneven, the impression of the horizontal patterns changes variously depending on lighting conditions such as backlighting. This makes it possible to improve the design of the floorboard 1, and furthermore, it is possible to increase the overall coating thickness with the intermediate coating 3, thereby increasing the abrasion resistance of the surface of the floorboard 1. [Effect of the invention 1] As described above, in the present invention, an undercoat is applied to the surface of the floorboard, and an intermediate coat is partially applied to the surface of the undercoat, and the intermediate coat is applied from the surface of the undercoat. Because the top coat is applied to the surface of the paint, the area where the intermediate coat is applied will partially swell, and the unevenness of the surface of the floorboard due to this swell can provide anti-slip performance. Unlike when using a special paint, the workability of painting the paint does not deteriorate, and there is no variation in the anti-slip performance.
