Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-39943) and a double-structured tip member in which a tapered hollow body with continuous porous material is attached to a liquid guiding core (Utility Model Publication No. 59-141907) have been proposed.

These functions are provided by creating a composite body that combines two parts. However, such a configuration inevitably increases costs. Also, Jikko 59-
In the proposal of No. 39943, when the fiber density of the fiber bundle is low, fibers are likely to fall off, and conversely, when the fiber density is high, liquid transfer tends to be impossible.

In the application tip member formed into a pointed end, the pointed end is loosened to a state where the binding between the fibers of each fiber from the outer surface part to the axial center part is removed, and the resin content remains on the fiber surface of each fiber. These are the members of the respective released configurations.

The rod is a porous body with a strength that can withstand coating pressure. The porosity of the tip member 1 is 20 to 90%.
(preferably in the range of 35 to 85%), and the base portion 3 functions to introduce liquid from the liquid storage portion by capillary force, temporarily store the liquid, and always allow an appropriate amount to flow out from the tip portion 2. The pointed end 2 has a shape in which one end of the rod-shaped piece is tapered (FIGS. 1 and 3), and the bond between the fibers is released by loosening processing. Next, a specific example will be described and explained.

After cutting a continuous rod (porosity about 73%) into a 35 mm length and grinding it into a tapered shape as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the tapered surface was repeatedly pressed with a pressing tool. The fibers were pressed against each other to release the bonds between the fibers and form the pointed end 2 that maintained the shape, thereby constructing the desired application tip member 1.

より以下の如き作用効果を奏する。(c) Functions and effects of the invention The base 3 is a porous body that maintains a constant shape and strength and has a large number of capillary gaps between the fibers bound together by resin processing of the fiber bundle, and is attached to the shaft body. Not only does it satisfy workability and durability, but also the coating liquid in the liquid reservoir is introduced rapidly, in large quantities, and stably to the tip 2 by capillary force. The pointed end 2 has a tapered shape whose diameter is reduced in the distal direction and is characterized by a structure in which the binding between the fibers is released, thereby producing the following effects.

場合においても適性に流出する。 The tip 2 has appropriate flexibility, rigidity, and elastic recovery, and is not only effective for coating thin lines, small surfaces, or boundary surfaces, but also increases the coating pressure when coating relatively wide surfaces other than the above. By doing so, it can be deformed to a contact width convenient for coating, and when the pressure is released, it immediately returns to its original shape, satisfying the practicality of repeated application. At this time, the coating liquid flows out appropriately in any of the above cases.

きた。 In fact, the member 1 of the previous specific example is attached to the front part of the barrel of the container 4 filled with manicure liquid (fifth illustrated example).
When we put them to practical use, we were able to quickly and comfortably finish the coating on the boundaries between fingers and nails and on the entire surface, with no uneven coating, due to the suitable waist and rigid and elastic touch.

推察される。 These effects are due to the fact that although the bonds between the fibers at the tip end 2 are released, the resin remains bonded on the surface of the fibers themselves, maintaining appropriate rigidity and elastic recovery power, and preventing deformation. It is presumed that this is to maintain a capillary gap between the fibers of the tip portion 2, which is effective for the outflow of the coating liquid, even at times.

の塗布尖端部材として実用性を満足させる。 The member 1 of the present invention functions effectively by cooperating the base part 3 where the fibers of the rod-shaped piece are bound together and the tip part 2 where the fibers are loosened, and is different from the conventional one cited at the beginning. Not only does it avoid the complexity and high cost of assembly due to the two-part composite structure, it also eliminates the shedding of fibers and softness of the touch that can occur with brush tips where only the fibrous material is exposed from the coating, making it easy to apply. Satisfies practicality as a tip member for application of tools.
