、仮設費の削減や同時施工による工期の短縮を図る試み

プンスペースで地上階と同様の手法により地下階の躯体
中央部が構築でき、地上階の躯体周辺部とこの地下階の
躯体中央部とが同時に構築されて、工期の短縮が確実に
図れるようになるなど、実用性にすぐれた効果を奏する
