Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable simultaneous construction above or under the ground and reduce cost by constructing floor on the first floor which becomes a work floor after sinking a caisson and constructing cloth foundation.
CONSTITUTION: A cotter 3 made with metallic cotter reinforcement is mounted at a caisson blade mouth section 2 of a side wall 1a after a caisson 1 is sunk. A continuous footing 4 is constructed by placing concrete and integrated with the caisson blade mouth section 2. A floor on the first floor 5 which becomes a work floor 5 is constructed by preventing sink of the caisson 1 and ensuring support force with the construction of the continuous footing 4. Then, a pile 6 is constructed, and the underground section of a foundation slab 7, an underground body 8 and the like is constructed. At the same time, a body 9 on the ground is constructed. It is possible to reduce construction period and cost when a building A is built sequentially.
