あり、仮設費の削減や同時施工による工期の短縮を図る
試みもあった。

ら、地下階の構築の進行がきわめて遅くなり、その影響
を受けて地上階、地下階同時施工による利点はそれほど
大きいものとはなっていなかった。

体中央部が構築され、地上階の躯体周辺部とこの地下階
の躯体中央部とが同時に構築されて、工期の短縮が確実
に図れるようになるなど、実用性にすぐれた効果を奏す
るものである。
