Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケースの内部に設けられた駆動手段を駆動
することにより該ケースに設けられた開口部を介
して記録媒体を該ケースの内部の記録媒体装着位
置から該ケースの外部に取り出す記録媒体離脱位
置に移動させるイジエクト機構を有する記録又は
再生装置において、 記録開口部を覆うカバーと、 該カバーの開閉に伴つてオン・オフするスイツ
チを設け、 該スイツチにより前記カバーの開閉を検出し、
前記カバーが開けられた際に、前記記録媒体を前
記記録媒体装着位置から前記記録媒体離脱位置に
移動させるように前記駆動手段を制御するよう構
成してなる記録又は再生装置。 (2) 前記カバーは防滴構造とされている請求項
１記載の記録又は再生装置。
