Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 位置検出用センサが被検出装置に形成された
    取付溝に嵌合され、締結部材によつて押圧される
    ことにより取り付けられる位置検出用センサの取
    付構造であつて、前記位置検出用センサが、セン
    サ本体部および該センサ本体部に結合される取付
    部から構成され、該取付部が前記センサ本体部の
    一端側に回動自在に固定される締結部材と、該締
    結部材に螺合して所定の角度だけ回動される被締
    結部材とを備え、前記締結部材が回動され、前記
    被締結部材が螺合して変位されることによつて前
    記位置検出用センサと前記被検出装置との間に押
    圧力が作用され、該押圧力によつて前記位置検出
    用センサが前記被検出装置の取付溝に取り付けら
    れることを特徴とする位置検出用センサの取付構
    造。 ２ 前記取付部が、前記センサ本体部の一端側に
    回動自在に固定される締結部材と、該締結部材に
    螺合して所定の角度だけ回動される被締結部材と
    を備え、前記被検出装置の取付溝が、該取付溝と
    直角方向に凹部を備えた略十字形または略逆Ｔ字
    形の断面に形成され、該取付溝に対して前記位置
    検出用センサが直角方向から挿入されて取り付け
    られることを特徴とする請求項１記載の位置検出
    用センサの取付構造。 ３ 前記取付部が、前記センサ本体部の一端側に
    回動自在に固定される締結部材と、該締結部材に
    螺合して所定の角度だけ回動される被締結部材と
    を備え、前記被検出装置の取付溝が、該取付溝と
    直角方向に凹部を備えた略十字形または略逆Ｔ字
    形の断面において、前記被検出装置の軸方向に沿
    つて少なくとも一端面に延設して形成され、該取
    付溝の一端面側から前記位置検出用センサが挿入
    されて取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項１
    記載の位置検出用センサの取付構造。 ４ 前記被締結部材が、縦横の寸法比が異なる略
    長方形に形成され、所定の角度だけ回動されるこ
    とによつて、前記取付溝の凹部に該被締結部材の
    短辺が係止されて取り付けられることを特徴とす
    る請求項２または３記載の位置検出用センサの取
    付構造。
