サーを配設し、目的停止位置の近傍であつてガー
ダの走行中に前記位置制御用センサーが各別に検
知することができるようにガーダの長手方向へ所
定間隔をおいて複数の位置制御用検知片を配置し
、前記位置制御用センサーの検知信号に基づいて
ガーダの傾斜角度が複数の傾斜段階のいずれかで
あるかを判定するガーダ傾斜段階判定手段をガー
ダに配設し、ガーダの走行方向と直交する横方向
へ移動可能に配設されている巻上機の中心の横方
向基準位置からの距離を計測する横方向位置計測
器をガーダに配設し、ガーダが走行基準位置から
走行して減速位置用センサーが減速位置用検知片
を検知した時点でガーダの走行速さを減速し、か
