Problems to be solved by the invention In the above-mentioned prior art, patent No. 912854
In this issue, the purpose of the transfer section is to transfer fabrics, etc., and the aim is to achieve a retention treatment effect in a retention tank through rapid transfer. Therefore, when processing textile products that can withstand high cloth speeds, it is possible to shorten the processing time and be effective in preventing wrinkles from being fixed due to the reverse jetting part, but when processing textile products that can withstand high cloth speeds, In the case of textiles (for example, fabric weight 100 to 400 g/m 2 ), there is a risk of scratches due to contact with the walls of the circulation path or wrinkles due to wrinkles.

Effect In the present invention, since thin knitted fabrics and specially textured knitted fabrics that are prone to scratches and wrinkles are treated, the processing liquid in the processing circulation path ranges from medium to full liquid except for the roller part of the header part. The liquid level was set to . Then, connect the lower treatment tank and the upper treatment tank at both ends,
By creating an annular processing passage extending horizontally, the lower processing tank also became part of the processing tank. Therefore, unlike the conventional horizontally elongated processing tank, the lower part does not act as a transfer part to rapidly transfer the processed material, but instead has a liquid flow having a redeuse part whose cross-sectional area gradually increases and a liquid suction part following it. The adjustment section allows the objects to be processed to advance through the lower processing tank while being subjected to dyeing and other treatments in a folded state so as not to make strong contact with the inner wall surface of the processing tank, and then to be transferred relatively slowly to the upper processing tank. I started to be able to do it. In the apparatus of the present invention, there is no sudden expansion of the cross-sectional area, so there is no disturbance in the progress of the cloth.

At the inlet of the upper treatment tank, we have gradually expanded the cross-sectional area and provided a liquid flow adjustment section with a liquid suction section, so fabrics, etc. can be sent smoothly to the upper treatment tank even when the tank is almost full of liquid. . In the upper treatment tank, the fabric is folded into a large shape, accumulates there, and is gradually moved. Adjustment of movement of the processing liquid is performed by at least one liquid suction section provided in the center.

There is a slope at the outlet of the upper treatment tank, and the cloth is sorted and aligned while it climbs the slope. The rolls in the header part do not apply tension to the fabric or cause slips, and have a spreading effect, so that the fabric can be handled satisfactorily.

As mentioned above, the processing tank is of a two-stage type including a lower processing tank and an upper processing tank, and although the movement of the fabric is relatively slow, dyeing and other processing operations can be carried out reliably during this time. In addition, the processing liquid level in the header section is such that the upper processing tank has a high liquid level, and only the rollers are protruding from the liquid level, so the fabric can be introduced smoothly without applying tension, and the fabric can be spread easily. The effects are starting to be expected.

In the lower treatment tank 1, the fabric etc. 18 is transferred to the liquid injection section 14.
However, since the cross-sectional area of the reducer section 3 gradually increases, the flow velocity decreases and the fabric etc. spreads in the vertical direction.
Next, the flow rate is further reduced by the liquid suction part 4,
While maintaining the expansion in the vertical direction, the intervals gradually become smaller and the folded state is reached. In this state, the liquid flow continues to advance slowly, so that the fabric etc. advances in an orderly manner without folding or turbulence, is processed, and transferred to the inlet end of the upper treatment tank 2.

Here, the object to be processed is further advanced into the upper processing tank 2 in a folded state by the liquid flow adjustment section 6 consisting of a liquid suction section and an enlarged section. By adjusting the degree of accumulation and progress by the suction port 2a, the process continues in an orderly manner until reaching the inclined portion 9. The rising fabric or the like is sorted by the reverse direction spraying section 12, and then rides on the rollers 11 in a stretched state. The fabric and the like transferred to the inlet of the liquid injection part 14 will be circulated again by the liquid flow.

In particular, a combination of a reducer part and a liquid suction part in which the cross-sectional area of the lower treatment tank is gradually expanded, and a liquid flow adjustment part in which the cross-sectional area at the inlet end of the upper treatment tank is gradually expanded and a liquid suction part is provided. According to
Unlike the conventional method of accelerating the cloth speed and reducing the bath temperature, it ensures the floating state of thin fabrics and specially textured fabrics in a full liquid state in the lower treatment tank and a high liquid state in the upper treatment tank.
By slowly progressing the process, it is possible to fix threads and wrinkles on the fabric, and it is possible to transfer the fabric in an orderly manner without causing wrinkles, making continuous processing possible. Since a roller is used in the header section instead of a bar-type reel, the liquid spreads in this area and prevents fraying of the fabric and wrinkles of the rope.
