For example, as a liquid flow type textile processing device having a horizontally long treatment liquid circulation path, there is Patent No. 912854 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-37112), in which both ends of the upper retention tank are tapered. A transfer section connected to these is provided, and the fabric is rapidly passed through the transfer section by a reverse direction injection section and a treatment liquid ejection section, thereby improving the processing effect in the retention tank.

Problems to be solved by the invention In the above-mentioned conventional technology, Patent No. 912854
In this issue, the purpose of the transfer section is to transfer fabrics, etc., and the aim is to achieve a retention treatment effect in a retention tank through rapid transfer. Therefore, when processing textile products that can withstand high cloth speeds, it is possible to shorten the processing time and be effective in preventing wrinkles from being fixed due to the reverse jetting part, but when processing textile products that can withstand high cloth speeds, In the case of textiles (for example, fabric weight 100 to 400 g/m 2 ), there is a risk of scratches due to contact with the walls of the circulation path or wrinkles due to wrinkles.

Furthermore, although it is possible to prevent air bubbles from being mixed in by having a processing liquid supply means above the inlet as in Utility Model Registration No. 1001205, the distance from the guide roll to the liquid surface is long, and this air layer is Due to its presence, it cannot be used as is for thin fabrics.

The present invention solves the drawbacks and difficulties of the conventional examples as described above, and also prevents special textured woven and knitted fabrics such as palace, ponzi, chasidos, and other thin fabrics, artificial leather, pile, and car seats from coming into contact with the wall surface. The purpose of this invention is to prevent the occurrence of curling and the like due to the jet flow, and to smooth the flow of the processing liquid and improve the processing effect by appropriately adjusting the speed of the cloth.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a liquid flow processing apparatus that performs dyeing and other treatments while circulating fabrics and other textile products by a liquid flow in a processing liquid circulation path. An upper processing tank has a processing tank extending in a substantially horizontal direction, a header part connected to the outlet of the processing tank, and a processing liquid injection part, and an upper processing tank having both ends at the inlet of the upper processing tank and the processing liquid injection part, respectively. An annular processing passage is provided by a lower processing tank connected to the annular processing passage, and at least one suction port provided in the annular processing passage leads to the processing liquid injection part via a liquid suction pipe, a pump, and a heat exchanger. A processing liquid circulation path is provided, and a porous suction section is provided at the inlet of the upper processing tank, the upper surface of which extends horizontally and the lower surface gradually expands to adjust the progress of the fabric on the upper surface. The inlet of the chamber was connected to the end of the lower processing tank via a grooved ring and an O-ring, and was used as a liquid flow adjustment part in a liquid flow processing apparatus for textile products that was adapted to expand and contract due to thermal expansion.

Effect In this invention, since thin knitted fabrics and specially textured knitted fabrics that are prone to scratches and wrinkles are to be treated, the processing liquid in the processing circulation path, except for the roller part of the header part, ranges from medium to full. The liquid level was set to high. Then, connect the lower treatment tank and the upper treatment tank at both ends,
By creating an annular processing passage extending horizontally, the lower processing tank also became part of the processing tank.

A porous suction section is installed at the entrance of the upper treatment tank, with the upper surface extending horizontally and the lower surface gradually expanding.
The lower surface is designed to expand as the speed decreases, allowing fabrics and the like to be smoothly fed from the middle liquid to the upper processing tank which is almost full of liquid. In the upper treatment tank, the fabric is folded into a large shape, accumulates there, and is gradually moved.

In the lower treatment tank 1, the fabric etc. 18 is transferred to the liquid injection section 14.
However, since the cross-sectional area of the reducer section 3 gradually increases, the flow velocity decreases and the fabric etc. spreads in the vertical direction.
Next, the flow rate is further reduced by the liquid suction part 4,
While maintaining the expansion in the vertical direction, the intervals gradually become smaller and the folded state is reached. In this state, the liquid flow continues to advance slowly, so the fabric etc. progresses in an orderly manner without folding or turbulence, is processed, and transferred to the inlet of the upper treatment tank 2.

While the fabric or the like is being circulated, its traveling speed is reduced by the enlarged cross-sectional area of the reducer section 3 and the liquid suction section 4 in the lower processing tank 1, and the processing is carried out during this period.

In the present invention, a liquid flow adjustment part 6 is provided at the connection part between the lower treatment tank 1 and the upper treatment tank 2, but this liquid flow adjustment part 6 is connected to a porous suction part 19 attached to the end of the lower treatment tank 1. The upper surface extends horizontally and the lower surface gradually widens. Therefore, the fabric is decelerated and expanded, and smoothly transferred to the upper treatment tank in a folded state. 20 is an O-ring, 21
is a grooved ring, which allows adjustment without causing deformation of the porous surface even when the porous suction portion 19 expands due to thermal expansion.

Effects of the invention Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the liquid flows through the annular processing passage consisting of the lower processing tank and the upper processing tank on a relatively slow flow without coming into contact with the wall surface, and it is possible to avoid overtaking or overtaking. Because it can proceed in an orderly manner without causing any disturbance, this liquid flow treatment device can be used for thin fabrics such as silk fabrics, palis, ponzi, dechine, and specially textured woven and knitted fabrics such as artificial leather, pile, and car seats. It became possible to use it.

In particular, it is important to ensure that thin fabrics such as silk fabrics are kept in a floating state in both the lower and upper treatment tanks when the liquid is medium to almost full. It was possible to transfer the material in an orderly manner without any twisting, and it became possible to perform continuous processing.

Furthermore, a porous suction section is installed at the connection between the lower and upper processing tanks to keep the upper surface horizontal to prevent the fabric from floating up, and to spread the fabric by expanding the lower surface, allowing the fabric to be processed in the upper part. The transition to the tank became smoother. Furthermore, even if the porous suction part expands and contracts due to heat, the expansion and contraction can be absorbed by the O-ring and grooved ring.
It has become possible to smoothly transfer fabrics, etc. at all times.
