[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a processing device for rope-like fiber products.
The purpose of this is especially when long wool-based fabrics, such as wool woven and knitted fabrics and polyester-wool blends, are bonded in a loop shape and uniformly scoured, dyed, or otherwise processed at a low bath ratio. The aim is to obtain a product that has little rubbing effect on the fibers, is free from the risk of fuzzing the fibers or deforming the pattern, and can be processed uniformly with a low bath ratio and a small amount of dyes and auxiliary agents.

Conventionally, dyeing of textiles made mainly of wool has been carried out using a wince.

Milling has a small rolling effect and has less negative effects on fabrics such as fluffing and deformation, and can give a good texture, but because the temperature distribution in the tank is uneven, dyeing spots are likely to occur, and milling dyes quickly. I can't use dye.

In addition, rope wrinkles are likely to occur, so it is necessary to tie the rope into a cylindrical shape or to correct it in a post-process.Since the rope must be knotted for each rope, it takes a long time to tie the rope.

Moreover, since the bath ratio (1:20 to 25) is large, there are drawbacks such as a large amount of dye, auxiliary agent, water, steam, etc. used.

To address these shortcomings, various types of jet dyeing machines have been developed to streamline the dyeing process. Therefore, there still existed defects such as fuzzing and deterioration of texture, and only products of inferior quality could be obtained.

Since the present invention adopts the above-mentioned configuration, the loop-shaped processed material 4 arranged in the annular processing passage consisting of the retention tank 1 and the transfer passage 6 overflows into the transfer passage 6 pulled up by the reel 5. It is transferred together with the processing liquid flowing from the nozzle 9 at a small nozzle angle.

In this case, the transfer passage 6 has an appropriate inclination angle, and the injection pressure of the processing liquid is also appropriate, so that the object to be processed is transferred in a nearly straight line and rubbed without applying a strong impact force to any part of the object. No effect occurs.

The processing object that has reached the transfer passage outlet 7 located in the air region falls down by its own weight from the air region above the liquid level in the retention tank 1 along with the processing liquid, and passes through the pores of the porous scrape 11. It is separated from the liquid and is guided and transferred into the liquid in an orderly and sliding manner by the upper surface of the porous scrape 11 corresponding to the outlet part 7, so that the workpiece 4 is not tangled or overtaken 12.
If there are no obstacles such as, transportation is impossible (the items will be unloaded in an orderly manner).

The slope part 3 of the retention tank 1 is sloped at an angle θ so that it slightly descends in the direction of transfer of the material to be treated, so that the depth of the treatment liquid gradually increases in the direction of movement of the fabric, resulting in liquid flow. The material to be treated can be transferred smoothly due to the natural flow of water, quality deterioration due to stagnation can be prevented, and the bath ratio can be reduced.

In this way, the inside of the inclined part 3 is smoothly accumulated. The object to be processed 4 that has been transferred is pulled up again by the reel 5 and is circulated and processed.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure and function, the bath ratio can be reduced to about 1:10 to 15, and the dye,

Furthermore, since the processing liquid is sucked in through the adjustment ports provided at two locations in the retention tank, and the temperature distribution within the tank is uniform, there are no problems such as mottled dyeing, and it is possible to use milling dyes that dye quickly.

In addition, the object to be processed receives less impact at the overflow nozzle.
It was not subjected to strong tl'a at any other position, moved in a straight line in the transfer passage, and fell from the exit part without any rubbing effect. Even if textiles are mainly made of wool, they can be finished with a good texture without fuzzing, deformation, or push-in wrinkles, and this invention eliminates rope wrinkles, eliminating the need for a tucking process to make it into a cylindrical shape. Therefore, it is possible to combine all the trades at once, and there is no need to combine them every 1-turn, etc.
This has the effect of improving the quality of the processed material and at the same time significantly streamlining the work process.
