The guide duct 15 is formed so that its cross-sectional area gradually increases toward the storage tank 1 side. A guide surface 15a is formed with a gentle upward slope toward the direction, and the fabric C sent out from inside the folded duct γ gradually recovers from the folded state in the guide duct 15 and expands in volume before being transferred to the storage tank 1. At the same time, it floats toward the dye liquor level in the storage tank 1 while maintaining an aligned state while rubbing against the guide surface 15a, and is fed into the storage tank 1 and floats inside the machine. The circulation of the fabric C is repeated.

Because the fabric C moves in a wave-like manner, the convex portions 4 and concave portions 5 give the fabric C a kneading effect and a relaxing effect. As a result of effective contact with the material, the level dyeing property is significantly improved, the bath ratio is reduced and the dyeing time is shortened, and the occurrence of fuzzing, deterioration of hand, tangles, creases, etc. of the fabric C is suppressed. can improve the finishing quality.

できる。In addition, the fabric C smoothly passes through the folded duct γ while immersed in the dye liquid and folded, and the fabric C passes through the guide duct 15 and enters the storage tank 1 from the folded duct 7. During the transition, the folded state of the fabric C gradually recovers due to the shape of the guide duct 15 that widens at the end, the gentle slope of the guide surface 15a, the liquid flow from the folded duct 7 side toward the storage tank 1 side, etc., and the folded state of the fabric C gradually recovers. To inflate the fabric C to ensure a relaxed state and an aligned state to float the fabric C, and to reliably suppress the occurrence of creases and tangles during circulation to prevent poor dyed finish. Can be done.

。That is, in the present invention, an endlessly joined fabric C is pulled up from the liquid in a storage tank 1 below the reel 2 by a reel 2 that is reversibly hung horizontally in the machine, and then is pulled up to the upper end of the reel 2. The cloth C is fed into a distribution duct 3 which is inclined downward at a gentle slope in the direction of passage of the cloth C with the inlet portion 3a opened facing each other as the upper end. , along the guiding cloth surface 3d formed in a gentle wave shape by alternately connecting convex portions 4 and concave portions 5, each of which has a substantially arc-shaped longitudinal section, with respect to the bottom surface of the circulation duct 3, and the inlet portion 3a. The flow flows from the guiding cloth surface 3d and is rectified by the guiding cloth surface 3d.
The fabric C is passed in a wave pattern along with the liquid flow flowing down at a gentle slope over d, and then the fabric C is immersed in the liquid in a folded state through a folded duct γ having a substantially horizontal U-shape connected to the outlet 3b of the distribution duct 3. The fabric C is passed through in a U-turn while being immersed, and the fabric C is formed so that its cross-sectional area gradually increases toward the storage tank 1 side in order to connect the folded duct 7 and the storage tank 1. The guide surface 15a is made to rub against the inside of the guide duct 15, which has a guide surface 15a on the upper wall surface that slopes upward at a gentle slope toward the storage tank 1 so as to float upward toward the liquid level in the tank 1. By feeding the fabric into the storage tank 1 and circulating it inside the machine, it is possible to impart a relaxing effect and a kneading effect to the fabric, thereby increasing the effect of contact with the liquid flow, and also to ensure a relaxed state and circulate it inside the machine. This invention is extremely excellent as a liquid flow treatment method for fabrics, as it allows various treatments to be carried out uniformly and in a short time on fabrics, and improves the finished feel.

The fabric C is fed into a distribution duct 3 which is inclined downward at a gentle slope in the direction of passage of the fabric C with the inlet portion 3a as the upper end.
The flow flows from the inlet portion 3a along the guide surface 3d formed in a gentle wave shape by alternately connecting convex portions 4 and concave portions 5, each of which has a substantially arcuate longitudinal section with respect to the bottom surface of the distribution duct 3. The fabric C is then rectified by the guiding cloth surface 3d and passed in a wave pattern along with the liquid flow flowing down the guiding cloth surface 3d at a gentle slope. The fabric C is passed through the shaped folded duct 7 in a U-turn shape while being immersed in the liquid in a folded state.
is formed so that the cross-sectional area gradually increases toward the storage tank 1 side in order to communicate the folded duct 7 and the storage tank 1, and the fabric C floats upwardly toward the liquid level in the storage tank 1. The guide surface 15a slopes upward with a gentle slope toward the storage tank 1 side as shown in FIG.
A liquid flow treatment method for fabric, characterized in that the material is fed into a storage tank 1 while being rubbed against a guide surface 15a through a guide duct 15 having an upper wall surface, and circulated within the machine.
