Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the prior art as described above, in Patent No. 912854, the purpose of the full-force feeding section is to transfer fabrics, etc., and the rapid transfer improves the retention treatment effect in the retention tank. It was aimed at Therefore, when processing textile products that can withstand high cloth speeds, time can be shortened, and effects such as preventing wrinkles from being fixed due to the reverse jetting section can be seen.1. W'I style thin fabric (for example, fabric weight 10

Function: Since the present invention targets thin knitted fabrics and knitted fabrics with special textures that are prone to scratches and wrinkles, the processing liquid in the processing circulation path is completely drained from the middle liquid to the top, except for the roller section of the header section. The liquid level was set to high. By connecting the lower processing tank and the upper processing tank at both ends to form a horizontally extending annular processing passage, the lower processing tank also became a part responsible for processing as the width of the processing tank. Therefore, unlike the conventional horizontally elongated processing tank, the lower part does not act as a transfer part to quickly transfer the processed material, but instead has a reso-use part whose cross-sectional area gradually increases and a sludge suction part that follows it to adjust the liquid flow. Depending on the section, the object to be treated is folded so as not to come into contact with the inner wall of the processing tank, and progresses through the lower processing tank while being subjected to treatments such as dyeing, and is transferred relatively slowly to the two-part processing tank. In the device of the present invention, which has been designed to be able to move freely, there is no sudden expansion of the cross-sectional area, so disturbances in the rightward movement state do not occur.

At the inlet of the first-part treatment tank, we have gradually expanded the cross-sectional area and provided a liquid flow adjustment part with a liquid suction part, so even when the liquid is almost full, fabrics, etc. can be sent smoothly to the upper treatment tank. can. In the upper treatment tank, the fabric is folded into a large shape, accumulates there, and is gradually moved. Adjustment of movement of the processing liquid is performed by at least one liquid suction section provided in the center.

There is a slope at the outlet of the upper treatment tank, and the cloth is sorted and aligned while it climbs the slope. The rolls in the header part do not apply tension to the fabric or cause slips, and have a spreading effect, so that the fabric can be handled satisfactorily.

As mentioned above, the processing tank is of a two-stage type with a lower processing tank and a two-part processing tank, and although the movement of the fabric is relatively slow, dyeing and other processing operations can be carried out reliably during this time. . In addition, the treatment liquid level in the header section is such that the upper treatment tank has a high liquid level, and the rollers are only protruding from the liquid level, so there is no tension applied to the fabric, allowing for smooth introduction and expansion. 'lIj effect can now be expected.

In this embodiment, when the pump 16 is driven, the liquid suction part 4 and the liquid flow adjustment part 6 are connected through the moat suction pipe 5.7.8, respectively.
At the same time, the treatment liquid is sucked in through the suction port 2a of the upper treatment tank 2, and at the same time, from the discharge side of the pump 16 via the heat exchanger 17,
The temperature is adjusted to an appropriate temperature, and the liquid ejecting pipe 13.15 is used to inject the liquid into the reverse direction injection section 12 and the header section l.

In the lower treatment tank 1, the fabric, etc. 18 is transported by the liquid flow of the liquid jetting part 14, but since the cross-sectional area of the reducer part 3 is gradually expanding, the flow velocity decreases and the fabric, etc. moves in the vertical direction. Then, due to the liquid suction section 4, the flow rate is further reduced, and while maintaining the expansion toward the lower blade, the gap gradually narrows, resulting in a folded state. In this state, the liquid flow continues to advance slowly, so that the fabric, etc., does not become turbulent when folded back, and progresses in an orderly manner, where the treatment is performed and transferred to the inlet end of the upper treatment tank 2.

Here, the object to be processed is further advanced into the upper processing tank 2 in a folded state by the liquid flow adjustment section 6 consisting of a liquid suction section and an enlarged section. By adjusting the degree of accumulation and progress by the suction port 2a, the process is continued in an orderly manner until reaching the inclined portion 9. The rising fabric etc. is handled by the reverse direction spray section 12, and the stretched fabric is sent to the roller 1! Get on. The fabric and the like transferred to the inlet of the liquid injection part 14 will be circulated again by the liquid flow.

The liquid is decelerated by the liquid flow adjustment part 6, which roughly consists of a liquid suction part and an enlarged part, and is introduced into the upper treatment tank z while undergoing treatment, where the treatment is continued. During this time, the fabric 18 does not come into strong contact with the wall surface of the processing tank, so the processing progresses smoothly without causing scratch marks or fixing of wrinkles. However, it became possible to overdo it continuously enough.

Effects of the Invention Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the liquid flows through the annular processing passage consisting of the lower processing tank and the upper processing tank on a relatively slow flow without strongly contacting the wall surface or overtaking. Because it can be progressed in an orderly manner without causing any disturbance or disturbance, it can be used for thin fabrics such as palace, bonji, dechine, artificial leather, etc.
This liquid flow treatment device can now be used for specially textured fabrics such as piles and car seats.

In particular, a combination of a reducer part and a bush suction part in which the cross-sectional area of the lower treatment tank is gradually expanded, and a liquid flow adjustment part in which the cross-sectional area at the inlet end of the upper treatment tank is gradually expanded and a liquid suction part is provided. This method ensures that thin fabrics and specially textured fabrics are suspended in a full liquid state in the lower treatment tank and in a high liquid state in the upper treatment tank, unlike the conventional method of accelerating cloth speed and lowering the temperature. By processing by progress, it is possible to fix threads and wrinkles on the fabric, and it is possible to transfer the fabric in an orderly manner without causing any wrinkles, making continuous processing possible.

(1) In a liquid flow treatment device that performs dyeing or other processing while circulating fabric or other textile products through a treatment liquid circulation path, there is a treatment tank extending approximately horizontally and an outlet of this treatment tank. an annular processing passage constituted by an upper processing tank having a header part and a processing liquid injection part connected to the upper processing tank; and a lower processing tank having both ends connected to the inlet part of the upper processing tank and the processing liquid injection part, respectively; a processing liquid circulation path configured to reach the processing liquid injection section from at least one suction port provided in the annular processing passage via a liquid suction pipe, a pump, and a heat exchanger; A liquid flow adjusting section is provided at the inlet of the upper processing tank, and is formed by combining a reducer section that gradually expands the cross-sectional area and a liquid suction section that follows the reducer section, and a liquid flow adjusting section that gradually expands the cross-sectional area. A liquid flow of a textile product characterized by comprising: a liquid flow adjustment part having a liquid suction part; an inclined part formed at the outlet of the upper treatment tank; and a roller provided in the header part. Processing equipment.
