Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an agricultural chemical-decomposing agent capable of decomposing agricultural chemicals, etc., to regenerate soil by breeding a seed fungus in castings excreted from earthworms in a culture solution containing cut animals as a nutrious source and subsequently culturing the bred fungi in a culture solution containing milk solid contents at a suitable temperature. CONSTITUTION:The castings of earthworms reared in soil, leaf mould, etc., are gathered and added to a culture solution prepared by dissolving in wrater the cut products of animals such as the earthworms or moles, thereby culturing a non-injurious seed fungus such as mold or bacterium containing in the castings in the presence of the dissolved animal cut products as a nutrious source without being invaded by other putrefactive bacteria. The seed fungus solution thus prepared is added to an aqueous culture solution containing milk solid contents and cultured at a suitable temperature to provide an agricultural chemical- decomposing agent which can decompose agricultural chemicals accumulated in soil and organic components in the soil on the application thereof the the soil in rice fields, upland fields, golf cources, etc., to regenerate the soil and simultaneously prevent the environmental pollution caused by the agricultural chemical components.

(2) Conventional technology Traditionally, in fields where crops, fruit vegetables, and flowering trees are grown, inorganic chemical fertilizers and large amounts of pesticides such as fungicides and insecticides are used, and plant disease control techniques are used. is also undergoing major reforms. Also, in recent years, even at golf courses where the number of golfers has increased, large amounts of agricultural chemicals are being sprayed to exterminate pests that grow on the grass.

(3) Problems to be solved by the invention However, due to the use of large amounts of pesticides, the microorganisms in the soil are also killed, and even if organic fertilizer is applied, the microorganisms cannot live there, so organic fertilizer cannot be decomposed. As a result, fertile soil is becoming increasingly depleted and crop yields are gradually decreasing. Additionally, large amounts of sprayed pesticides accumulate in the soil, gradually threatening the safety of humans and wild animals, and contaminating the environment, creating a social problem.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a culture solution in which seeds of filamentous fungi, bacteria, etc. that live above the feces excreted by worms are cultured, and the culture solution is sprayed onto the soil. By doing so, it decomposes pesticides deposited in the soil, decomposes organic matter in the soil, and regenerates the soil.
The object of the present invention is to provide a pesticide decomposer that can also prevent environmental pollution caused by accumulated pesticide components.

■1 Structure of the Invention (1) Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention collects the feces of worms reared in soil, humus, etc. and shreds the soil. The worm dung was mixed with a culture solution in which the protozoa inside was dissolved in water to create a seed solution in which seed fungi such as filamentous fungi and bacteria were propagated, and the milk solids were dissolved in water. It is composed of a pesticide decomposer made by mixing the seed fungus liquid into a culture solution and aerating the seed fungus while maintaining it at an appropriate temperature to propagate the seed fungus.

(2) Effect In the present invention, the dung excreted by the worms is mixed into a culture solution using protozoa in the soil as a nutrient source, and filamentous fungi, bacteria, etc. contained in the upper part of the dung are multiplied and used as a seed. It is made with liquid. The filamentous fungi contained in this worm feces,
Bacteria, etc. are harmless to animals and plants because they pass through living organisms, and by using protozoa in the same soil as a nutritional source, filamentous fungi and bacteria are not attacked by other putrefactive bacteria and are rapidly destroyed. It is something that multiplies. Furthermore, an inoculum solution is mixed into a culture solution in which milk solid components have been dissolved, and the temperature of the culture solution is maintained at a temperature where filamentous fungi and bacteria can inhabit, and the bacteria are grown while supplying oxygen to the culture solution. It is a product that has been propagated. When this pesticide decomposer is sprayed into the soil, the filamentous fungi and bacteria in the culture solution will decompose the pesticide components in the soil, and the inorganic components of the chemical duck material deposited in the soil will also be decomposed. This will prevent the destruction of the environment for humans and wild animals due to pesticides, and will also be able to regenerate fertile soil by decomposing the organic matter in the depleted soil.

(3) Examples Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained by illustrating examples. Decomposing bacteria) and bacteria (for example, streptomycin in the order Actinomycetes, Azotobacter in the eubacteriaceae), etc., and these are used as inoculum. These bacteria are harmless to animals and plants because they are excreted from the worm's body.

Therefore, in order to collect these filamentous fungi and bacteria, protozoa such as worms and moles that live in the soil are cut into small pieces and dissolved in distilled water at a weight ratio of 0.3 to 0.5% in a culture solution. When the worm soil is mixed in (A),
The filamentous fungi and bacteria in the dung feed on the protein and fat of shredded protozoa that also live in the soil,
It grows without being attacked by other spoilage bacteria. Then, the culture solution (A) is grown until about 50 million bacteria are present in 1 cc to obtain a seed solution (B).

Next, the inoculum solution (B) is mixed into a culture solution (C) in which milk solids, such as dairy waste such as milk and brain yogurt, are dissolved in distilled water at a weight ratio of 0.4 to 1.0%. The temperature of the culture solution (C) is maintained at 20 to 25°C, and oxygen is supplied by aeration into the culture solution (C).
), the filamentous fungi and bacteria use the milk solids as a nutritional source, and are re-proliferated to reach 30 to 50 million bacterial strains in the LCC while receiving a suitable temperature and sufficient oxygen supply. It is.

In one example, a 250 times solution of the pesticide Simazine (trade name) was sprayed into the soil, and the measured value of Simazine in the soil sample was 52.2 ppm. The agricultural chemical decomposer of the present invention was sprayed on the soil, and the content of the agricultural chemical simazine in the soil was analyzed by gas chromatography. As seen in the attached graph, after 12 days, it was 49.5 ppm.
37.4ppm after 35 days, 22.2ppm after 60 days
It was clear that the pesticide had been decomposed.
