Claims (1)
状のスラブ型レーザ媒体を、冷却面が相対向する
ように配置された冷却手段の間で往復移動させつ
つ該レーザ媒体の一部に励起光を照射することに
よつて該レーザ媒体に対する励起光の照射位置を
変えながらレーザ発振を行なわせるようにしたム
ービングスラブレーザ装置において、 前記冷却手段の前記スラブ型レーザ媒体に対向
する面に複数の気体噴出孔を設けるとともに、こ
の気体噴出孔を前記スラブ型レーザ媒体の移動方
向と交わる曲線上に配置するようにしたことを特
