いて、前記基板に、全ての前記冷却液流路からの
磁性流体を循環させる還流路を設けたことを特徴

放熱器を付設したことを特徴とする、前記実用新

トヘツド。 3 前記基板の前記冷却液流路と前記還流路との
間に前記発熱体の無い無効部を設けたことを特徴
