のレーザ媒質の上面側及び下面側又はその一方側
に配置した１個又は複数個のレーザダイオードか
らレーザビームを照射することによりこのスラブ
レーザ媒質を介在させつつ前記各反射鏡によつて
仕切られる空間内でレーザ発振を起こさせると共
に前記反射鏡の一方に入射する発振ビームの一部
を通過させて出力ビームとするＬＤ励起スラブレ
ーザ装置において、 前記レーザダイオードとスラブレーザ媒質との
間に光拡散板を配置したことを特徴とするＬＤ励
