Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniform a construction quality by hanging a work scaffolding from the upper part of a building in such a way that the scaffolding can easily go up and down along the wall surface of a building, and surrounding the work space of the scaffolding in the weather resistant state, as well as regulating the atmosphere in the work space by an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A supporting beam 10 with the tip thereof protruding from the wall surface of a building 1 is provided on the roof part of the building 1, and a work space A is formed on a suspended scaffolding 30 hung through hanging wire ropes 20. The space A is surrounded with a water barrier sheet 40, and the atmosphere in the space A is regulated by an air conditioner fitted on the scaffolding 30. The space A is thus surrounded in the weather resistant state, and the air temperature and humidity are regulated by the air conditioner. Construction of uniform quality can be thereby performed regardless of the weather.

As conventional general work scaffolding, main scaffolding, frame scaffolding, gondola scaffolding, etc. are known. This scaffolding or framework scaffolding is constructed from the ground to surround the entire building. In addition, gondola scaffolding suspends a gondola that serves as a work floor from the roof of a building, and moves it as the work area moves.

By the way, a so-called protective net is sometimes installed around the outer periphery of a work scaffold, but this is for safety and hygiene measures to prevent tools from falling and paint from scattering, and is especially used to protect against rain, snow, and sunlight. It is not established to prevent such things.

However, as mentioned above, the work environment on these work scaffolds is similar to being outdoors, so the temperature and humidity at the time of construction change depending on the weather. For this reason, even for a single building, the finish may vary depending on the weather, making it difficult to maintain uniform quality. Additionally, in cold regions, construction may be difficult during the winter when temperatures are low.

Each of the above-mentioned support beams 10 is temporarily fixed to, for example, a rosette provided on the roof of the building 1 at substantially equal intervals. Two hanging wire lobes 20 are tied to each support beam 10, and the lower ends of each hanging wire lobes 20 are tied to the frame 31 of the hanging scaffold 30 via hoists 32 and 33, respectively. . In addition, all the hoisting machines 32.33 provided on the suspended scaffolding 30 are interlocked, and these hoisting machines 32.3
3 is operated by a worker on a suspended scaffold 30. The hanging scaffold 30 is designed to move up and down along the wall surface of the building 1 while maintaining a generally horizontal state as a whole.

In addition, this hanging scaffold 30 is surrounded by a frame 34 made of metal pipes, etc., including the ceiling part, except for the side of the building 1, and the outside of this frame 34 is covered with a heat-insulating sheet that has water-blocking properties.
40 is covered. This prevents falling from the hanging scaffold 30, serves during rain or snow, and provides insulation between the work space A and the outdoor environment. Furthermore, this hanging scaffold 30
Guide rollers 36 are attached to the pedestal 31 for smoothly raising and lowering the scaffold 30 along the wall surface of the building 1.
