Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent intrusion of dust and leakage of lubricant and to lower the cost of a sheet overlap feed inhibiting roller by forming a space between a drive clutch barrel and the outer surface of a driven clutch barrel, and by disposing a cylindrical coil spring in the space. CONSTITUTION:Upon feed of a sheet, when a reverse roller 23 is applied with a load greater than a value set by a torque limiter so that a clutch spring 25 is released, the reverse roller 23 races a boss part 22a of a drive clutch barrel 22 which therefore rotates following the roller 23 in the direction A. Upon overlap feed the load applied to the reverse roller 23 becomes lower than the set value by the torque limiter, and accordingly, the reverse roller 23 is rotated in the direction B so as to return an overlapped sheet. In this phase, since a space 24 in which the clutch spring 25 is disposed is sealed up, lubricant such as oil grease or the like may be charged thereinto as necessary.

と一体の駆動クラッチ胴ボス部に従動クラッチ胴を回転
自在に軸支し、駆動クラッチ胴と従動クラッチ胴を隣接
し、従動クラッチ胴と一体で外周に弾性ゴム軸を有する
ハブと、前記駆動クラッチ胴、従動クラッチ胴外周面と
の間に空間を形成し、該空間に円筒コイルバネを収容し
たことを特徴とするものである。
