Claims (1)
数のスリツトを刻設することにより音叉部を形成
すると共に、上記圧電基板と、該圧電基板の上記
音叉部に対向して配設された平面略直角四角形状
のスペーサを中心として、その両面に上記音叉部
を囲むようにして形成された接着層を介して被覆
シートを加圧接着し、上記スペーサと上記圧電基
板の上記一端部側との間に上記接着層の一部を侵
入せしめて間隙を形成し、上記音叉部の振動スペ
ースを確保するようにした圧電共振子において、
上記圧電基板の上記一端部側及び/若しくは上記
スペーサの上記一端部側と対向する部分であつて
上記接着層と対応する箇所に、上記圧電基板及び
スペーサを中心として上記被覆シートを加圧する
際に上記接着層の一部を侵入せしめる切欠部を設
