Claims (1)

てスペーサを配設し、上記厚みすべり振動素子と
スペーサとを中心として、その両面に上記厚みす
べり振動素子の振動部を囲むようにして形成され
た接着層を介して被覆シートを接着し、上記被覆
シートの一部を欠切し、上記厚みすべり振動素子
上の上記端子部の一部が露出するようにしたこと
